Sebastian Malton a12bda2fc4 Fix runtime errors on renderer
- remove all static uses of `createPageParam` (and then removed the
  legacy global)
- Made LensRendererExtension and LensMainExtension just used
  dependencies and not the getLegacyDi
- Fixed circular dep in extension-loader
