Sebastian Malton f639341e90 fix: Switch to using IAsyncComputed to resolve bad setState error within ClusterOverview from react ...

- The ClusterOverviewStore (now just ClusterStore) is not an exported type,
  so removing the legacy and wrong-abstraction code from it is not
  a breaking change
